Charter Mark

Since 1999, Bristol Register Office has held the government Charter Mark awarded for excellence in public service.

The staff take pride in achieving high levels of professionalism and customer service, whilst providing value for money for the local council tax payer.

 
 

We have moved!

We have now moved from Quakers Friars to the Old Council House which is on the corner of Corn Street and Broad Street (see map). Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience or disruption caused by the ongoing refurbishment of the Old Council House. We ask our customers to be patient with us while we settle in to our new home.

Copy of Certificates

Copy of Certificates for births, marriages, civil partnerships or deaths.

Bristol Register Office aplogises that, due to unforseen circumstances, we are unable to offer the next day service regarding certificate applications from Monday, 6th October 2008.  Will will update the web site as soon as the problem is sorted out.
