Complaints, Comment & Compliments

Like what we do?
Don’t like what we do?
Think we could do better?

We want to know what you think so we can improve the services we provide. We also want to know if you are not happy with the service you have received.

Fair Comment

We want to sort your complaint out as soon as possible. If you have a problem with a council service please talk to a member of staff, as they may be able to resolve it straight away.

If it is not possible for you to talk to a member of staff or you prefer to contact us in a different way, please see the following.
