Welcome to the customer service points

If you prefer to access council services in person, you can visit our friendly, knowledgeable staff at any Customer Service Point (CSP) across Bristol.

At a CSP you can report a noise complaint or antisocial behaviour, apply for concessionary travelcard or blue badge, tenancy enquires or if you wish to give notice, order a new black recycling box, take your documents to be verified for Housing and Council Tax Benefit and much more.

If you would like to speak to someone on the telephone, just give us a call.
