Customer feedback - how do we do?
Introduction
We are constantly looking at ways to improve the service that we at the planning department offer to the people of Bristol. A number of changes have been made to our website, for example, following comments from the public.
We would also like to know what you think of the service we offer; whether you are a planning agent or applicant, a local amenity group member, have become involved locally during the course of a particular application, or have simply contacted us with a query recently.
The questionnaire below gives you the chance to:
- have your say on the service we offer;
- comment on the documents we produce;
- give us general feedback
- make suggestions as to how we can improve our service.
All constructive comments, positive or negative, are greatly welcomed.
