The Rapid Clean up Team

The Rapid Clean up Team will remove drug and sex related litter from any location in the open air including private land, business premises, car parks and council-owned land.

Information needed

If you call the Rapid Clean up Team you will need to provide the following information:

• Location
• Type of litter (e.g. needle, foil, condom etc).

These details are then passed immediately to the Rapid Clean up Team.

The Rapid Clean up Team hotline is available Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 8.00pm.

During the night, you will be able to leave an answer phone messages; any messages left overnight will be passed to the team first thing the following morning.

The answer phone message will also explain that for any urgent calls during the weekend the Emergency Control Centre can also be contacted.
