Using the 24 Hour Library

We subscribe to a wide range of internet services that members of Bristol Libraries can use, free of charge. Most of these resources can be used from home, your very own 24 hour library.

To use a resource select one of the subject headings from the list below, this will take you to a page with more detail.

Home login:

  • To login from home, select one of the resources (follow the subject links below) and if asked for your membership, enter the letters ANP followed by your library card number.
  • If you are not a library member, visit our how to join page.

Library access:

  • Most of these resources can be used from any library, each entry tells you where you can use it.
  • It's advisable to phone and book a library computer in advance.
  • Find branch library contact details on the A to Z of libraries.
