Bristol Hub Club

What is Bristol Hub Club?

Hub ClubThe Hub Club project is a Sport England funded project aimed at increasing the number of people participating in sport and physical activity.

The aim of the project is to create three sites across Bristol to become “Hubs” of activity, where everyone from beginners to elite, young and old, can access a variety of sports and activities.

As part of the project the Bristol Hub Club provides a variety of positive, high quality, low cost activities for young people.

The aims of the project are to:

  • Offer innovative and sustainable multi sport/activity programme.
  • Extend the already popular local holiday activity programme.
  • Increase and improve after school activity provision in Bristol for young people.

Our sports coaches are all fully trained and suitably qualified and have the appropriate police clearance to run all of our activities.

Bristol Hub Club is managed by Bristol City Council Sport Services with funding from Sport England, Avon Lawn Tennis Association, Rugby Football Union and the West of England Sport Trust. Bristol Hub Club is delivered in partnership with Ashton Park School, The City Academy Bristol, Portway Community School and Sports and Leisure Management Limited.
