Latest news and information
New timetable information
We now have activity timetables for all sites running the Active Choices Scheme. The timetables show what sessions are suitable for Active Choices participants. Please click on the "Activity timetables" link at the top of the page for more information.
Site information
The Active Choices Scheme is no longer running at Ashton Park Sports Centre due to the low number of referrals to the site. If you have any concerns or queries regarding this or would like to discuss alternative options please call 0117 922 4719.
Note to health professionals
- Instructors will not accept referrals sent by fax. Referrals must be kept private and confidential and faxes can easily be lost in the system.
- Please ensure all referral envelopes are addressed to Active Choices and are marked private and confidential to ensure patient confidentiality at the centres.
- The scheme is not free, there is a minimal cost to the patient of between £2 to £4 depending on the site and activity.
