Reporting graffiti
Graffiti removal - reporting graffiti
Please help us to stop graffiti and prosecute those responsible by reporting graffiti today using our online form.
We aim to remove any graffiti from public areas. Racist and other offensive graffiti will normally be removed within two working days, all other graffiti will normally be removed within five working days, unless specialist arrangements are required for removal.
Can you remove graffiti from my home or business?
We will also remove graffiti from your home or business where possible, free of charge. In some circumstances a charge may be required. Due to health and safety issues, such as height restrictions, we may not be able to remove all graffiti. Some building surfaces such as pebble dash and bath stone create a problem for graffiti removal so complete removal may not be possible. For example, removing graffiti from breeze blocks tends to leave a 'shadow' so if you find you are repeatedly being targeted with graffiti it may me worth painting the wall one colour so that removal is more successful in the future.
The removal of graffiti from domestic or commercial premises are subject to the signing of an indemnity form by the owner. If you are a domestic or commercial owner please download an indemnity form and return to the address on the form.
You can also download a copy of the idemnity forms in a number of langauges:
