Bike Forum
The Bike Forum takes place every two months to discuss provision and promotion of cycling within Bristol. The meetings take place from 6pm on the last Thursday of the month at the Council House on College Green. The group contains:
- Councillors and
members and employees of:
- Sustrans
- CTC - the UK's national cyclists' organisation
- Bristol Cycle Campaign
- NHS, and
- large employers in the area
Independent cyclists are also welcome. Bristol City Council's Walking and Cycling Team currently chairs the group.
Meeting dates for 2010:
- Thursday 28th January
- Thursday 25th March
- Thursday 27th May
- Thursday 29th July
- Thursday 30th September
- Thursday 25th November
Meeting take place on the last Thursday of every second month at the Council House. There is usually a drop-in session from 5pm to 6pm with the main Forum taking place from 6pm to 7:30pm.
