• Second edition of the tenant participation online newsletter
  
  As part of improving the way we deliver tenant participation within Bristol, the tenant participation team have started an online newsletter in response to tenants who said, following the end of the Tenants Tribune, they wanted the opportunity to have a newsletter that they could contribute articles that were of interest to other tenants.
  
  We want tenants to be involved in the production of future editions. You can read the second edition of our online newsletter and find details of how to get involved.
   

• Bristol City Council tenants engaging in the Tenant Services Authority National Conversation
  
  On 8 September tenants took part in a joint Landlord Service/Tenant Services Authority event at the Council House to look at the findings of the Tenant Services Authorities first ' National Conversation' and to test them. At the same time Bristol City Council has been carrying out a range of exercises to produce new standards, re-visit existing ones and to find out what is important to tenants. This event provided an opportunity to continue with this work.
  
  The results of the event have been fed back to the Tenant Service Authority and a full report on the event as a whole has been produced.
