News:  

  • The Tenant Participation Conference & Awards Event 2009 will take place on Saturday 11 July 2009 at the Thistle Grand Hotel, Bristol. 

    This is the event of the year. The theme this year is tenant involvement and during the first part of the day there will be an opportunity to attend a number of workshops on a range of subjects chosen by tenants.

    The afternoon will be dedicated to celebrating the achivements of individuals and groups who give their time and energy to improve the quality of life in their community. Find out more about the awards event and send in your nominations now.

  • Quarterly Event Report

    Quarterly Events hosted by the Tenant Participation Team form part of the formal participation structure set up to involve tenants and leaseholders in the reviewing and monitoring of services delivered to them by the Landlord Service.

    The latest Quarterly Event took place on the 21st April and was themed: Tenant Participation. The event was split into 3 sessions looking at the new Service User Groups, Housing Forums, and emerging Tenant Management Organisations.

    To find out more about the Event a comprehensive report has been produced, which includes full details of the work undertaken in each session by the tenants and staff attending.
