Walking for Health Bristol

Gentle health walks

Walking for Health Bristol is currently developing more one heart, gentle beginner walks across Bristol. These walks are for people who are new to walking and want to build up fitness to go on longer, brisker walks or people who may be recovering from illness or injury.
