Parking

The Parking Services Team should be contacted for questions on all aspects of parking in and around Bristol city centre.

The Parking Shop, located at Wilder House is closed. The following communication methods should be used when requesting information about Parking services:

General

Appeals or payments of Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) and submission of Blue Badge application forms can be made in person at any of the following Customer Service Points:

  • BEDMINSTER: 2-3 Waring House, Redcliffe Hill, Redcliffe, Bristol. BS1 6TB
  • FISHPONDS: Robinson House, Hockeys Lane, Fishponds, Bristol. BS16 3HL
  • HARTCLIFFE: Symes House, Peterson Square, Hartcliffe, Bristol. BS13 0BD
  • KNOWLE: Salcombe House, 147 Salcombe Road, Knowle, Bristol. BS4 1AB
  • LAWRENCE WESTON: Ringleaze House, Ringleaze, Lawrence Weston, Bristol. BS11 0QD
  • SOUTHMEAD: Southmead House, Greystoke Ave, Southmead, Bristol. BS10 6BQ
Please Note - Whilst appeals against Penalty Charge Noticies can be written and submitted at any of the customer service points listed above, staff are unable to provide any advice or opinion relating to an appeal or the relevant process.
Penalty Charge Notices (PCN)

If you wish to pay a PCN you can do so by using one of the following options:

  • Telephone: 0870 707 7776 (24 hours)
  • On-line: www.bristol.gov.uk/pay
  • By post: Bristol City Council, Parking Services, PO Box 480, Bristol. BS99 7AE

If you wish to make an appeal you should put your case in writing, quoting the PCN number, and send it to the above addess or e-mail to:
