Access to Bristol deal with a range of telephone and email enquiries about council services. Our friendly, knowledgeable customer advisors are located here in Bristol at our Customer Service Centre, ready to help with your enquiries.
Free call back
Our customer advisors handle upwards of 400,000 calls a year. If lines are busy when you call, you can choose to wait on the line in a queue or receive an automatic call back. If you opt to be phoned back you will be contacted by a customer advisor when your place in the queue is reached.
The call back is free of charge, and you can also choose to be called back at another day or time convenient to you.
Textphone service
If your hearing or speech is impaired, you can contact A2B using a textphone. When you call the TexBox number (0117 3574444), you can choose which department you wish to contact. TexBox will transfer your call directly to a customer advisor who will speak to you via their PC, in real time.
