CONTAINER will be presenting a series of six newly commissioned works in an exciting collaboration with Bristol City Museum & Art Gallery. The Plinth Project starts in March 2010 with a new sculpture by Ben Rowe.
CONTAINER, an artists led exhibition and workshop space set up by the Stokes Croft Contemporary Arts Project CIC, have been commissioned to curate a series of six installations for the empty plinth in the entrance foyer of the Museum. This project continues to develop the links that are being established between the Museum and outside artist led groups. Ben Rowe gets the ball rolling with a new MDF sculpture.
