The sauna and steam room are now back in use from today, Thursday 17 May 2012.

General information

Kingsdown Sports Centre offers a range of facilities and classes. In addition to our large sports hall, exercise room and newly refurbished fitness suite, the centre has three squash courts available to hire.

Everyone Active manage this facility in partnership with Bristol City Council.

Free parking is available.

Opening times

General

Monday to Thursday 9am to 10.30pm (the sauna will close at 9.30pm)
Friday 9am to 9.45pm
Saturday 8am to 6pm
Sunday 9am to 8pm

Kingsdown group exercise timetable

Group exercise classes are free to all monthly and annual paying members (excluding courses and yoga). Alternatively, 'pay and play' members, pay for each group exercise class they attend.

Kingsdown Sports Centre is now an IFI (Inclusive Fitness Initiative) accredited site. Please ask at reception for further information.
