The Tenancy Relations Team offers a free and confidential service to help tenants and landlords, of privately rented residential property, resolve disputes in order to sustain tenancies.
The team also has the responsibility to investigate acts of illegal eviction or harassment of residential occupiers under the Protection from Eviction Act 1977 and where necessary, to take proceedings for offences.
In addition we can give specialist advice on a wide range of landlord and tenant legislation issues.
If you would like to arrange an appointment for an interview or a visit from a Tenancy Relations Officer, please see contact us or call into one of our Customer Service Points.
