Local authority mortgage scheme for first-time buyers
Bristol City Council with Leeds Building Society is helping local first time buyers with a minimum 5% deposit to buy their first home subject to Leeds Building Society lending criteria. First time buyers can select a property within the city area which they will own in its entirety. Purchasers will be able to access a range of products at a lower rate of interest than would normally be available with a lower level of deposit.
If you would like further information or to apply for the scheme with Leeds Building Society, please contact Eileen Jenkins or Dan Veale 0117 9226772 to make an appointment
