The council's Partnerships, Procurement & Commissioning Service is responsible for corporate purchasing agreements for the majority of supplies.
Responsibility for more specialist service and works procurements lies with individual departments.
The Council uses an e-Procurement System for commissioning and procurement. At the moment we use the Proactis Supplier Portal (Provide to Bristol). Its web address is: www.proactisplaza.com
- e-Procurement manual - how to register (pdf, 0.5 MB)(opens new window)
- e-Procurement guide - for new suppliers (pdf, 1.3 MB)(opens new window)
Tender opportunities are available through the new Proactis Supplier Portal (Provide to Bristol).
