Though emergencies of a severe nature are unusual in Bristol, they can and do occur. We work with partner organisations such as the Emergency Services and Health Trusts to prepare the city, so that when the time comes we can respond.
Reporting an emergency
If you are experiencing a personal emergency, or witness an emergency, call 999 or 112 as soon as safely possible.
For immediate assistance from the council, contact our 24-hour Emergency Control Centre on 0117 922 2050.
Reporting a problem
To report non-urgent problems or for assistance relating to council services, contact Customer Services or 101 for the police and 111 for health matters.
