The scheme started on Monday 21 July 2014.
There will be a two week period of ‘soft enforcement’ from Monday 21 July until Friday 1 August, during which parking tickets will be issued to vehicles parked on double yellow lines, but only warning notes will be issued to vehicles without permits in permit bays. Full enforcement will start on Monday 4 August.
All properties in the scheme area have been sent a permit application pack. If you live in the scheme area and have not received one, please contact us.
Permit applications update
We have processed all valid applications that were received on time. These permits are in the postal system and will be delivered by Monday 28 July. If you do not receive yours by that date, please let us know.
We are currently dealing with incomplete and late applications but we are aiming to process these within the next two weeks.
