Application forms

There are different application forms depending on the type of application you are making. Please select the form relevant to your proposal from the list below.

Please note:

before sending your application, read the help notes for completing the forms and validation checklists
if you do not provide all the necessary information, your application may be deemed invalid
you must provide four copies of the application form and supporting plans and drawings, unless you are making an online planning application
when printing these forms, select the page scaling option "fit to printer margins" - this should print the forms at the highest quality
information provided on the application form and supporting drawings and documents will be made available on the internet

Householder

This form is for householders who wish to seek permission for building works within the boundary of a single dwellinghouse. These forms must not be used if the property in question is a flat, a building divided into flats, or if it is proposed to convert the house into another type of use.

Full planning

This form is for applicants who wish to seek permission for new buildings, change of use, alterations/extensions to business properties and creation of flats.
