The Bristol Property Board is made up of a group of public sector bodies with property assets in the Bristol City Council area. The Board works together to manage their assets.
The board aims to:
- improve the release of property for regeneration and sale
- reduce the amount of occupied space, to reduce running costs and the carbon footprint
- improve customer access to services and communication by bringing users together in the same property
