What the programme is and how to complete it.
The landlord development programme is a short online test to check your knowledge of what you need to do when letting a property.
You must complete the landlord development programme within 6 months after you've received your property licence.
Before you start
The test has:
- 13 questions if you've applied for a non-HMO property licence
- 20 questions if you've applied for an HMO licence
This a multiple choice test and after each question, you'll be shown if you got the questions right.
