Citizen Service Points

If you need help using our services or need access to a phone or computer to contact us, you can visit a Citizen Service Point.

Citizen Service Points have computers and phones that you can use for council services like paying bills, applying for Housing Benefit or reporting a missed bin collection.

You can also get advice from staff in person at a Citizen Service Point. If a staff member thinks you’ll need more help, they can book a one to one appointment for you.

We also have some self-service points that aren’t staffed, where there are phones and computers you can use.
