On 31 March 2017, the Citizen Service Points at Hartcliffe, Fishponds, Southmead and Ridingleaze will close.

Online services

Many people find what they need online. You can:

Temple Street Citizen Service Point

The Citizen Service Point at 100 Temple Street, in the city centre will remain open. Its opening hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

The Citizen Service Point has computers and phones that you can use for council services like paying bills, applying for Housing Benefit or reporting a missed bin collection.

You can also get advice from staff in person. If a staff member thinks you’ll need more help, they can book a one to one appointment for you.

Central: 100 Temple Street

100 Temple Street, Bristol, BS1 6AG

Opening hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

100 Temple Street doesn't have phones that you can use, but there are computers. You can also speak to a staff member for help and advice.

Fishponds

Telephone interpreters

If English isn’t your first language, you can get help from an interpreter over the phone, who can answer your queries in your own language. Speak to staff at a Citizen Service Point for more information.
