Moving Forward Together: Improving your housing service

Give us your views to help us shape the way our housing services are provided

The Moving Forward Together (MFT) programme aims to improve the way services are delivered, based on feedback from residents.

In 2019 we carried out a resident survey to help establish what matters to you most. More than 3,300 of you responded, view the full survey results here (pdf, 814KB) (opens in new window)

The survey showed that you have six priorities:

  • being more visible and having a local presence
  • listening to what you say
  • making it easier to contact us
  • keeping our promises
  • tackling crime and anti-social behaviour
  • improving the security and appearance of our homes and estates

Since April 2020, we’ve been holding workshops to consider the things we would need to do different to meet your priorities.  View our video about the work we’ve done so far and the six priorities.

Join a workshop

We are hosting workshops where you can:

  • look in more detail at the six resident priorities and help us to make them meaningful for residents
  • give your views and ideas on other housing issues
  • refine our ideas, shape how we will deliver locally focused services and set out clear standards for service delivery
