Dovercourt Depot

An outline planning application for up to 140 homes at this brownfield site in Lockleaze was submitted on 8 February 2022 and is currently pending consideration.

If approved the development will deliver at least 30% affordable homes and will be built with high sustainability standards to lower emissions and enhance the site’s ecological value. The project will be delivered by the council’s housing company; Goram Homes, alongside their partner Keepmoat Homes.
