Lockleaze housing developments

Information on the new housing developments in Lockleaze.

Following the first round of public consultation last year, we are now consulting with stakeholders and public about more detailed plans for residential housing in Lockleaze.

This second round of consultation will run from 10 February – 23 February and the feedback from these events will inform the planning application submissions in March 2020.

Hard copies of the consultation materials will be available at Lockleaze Hub and Lockleaze Library.

Current sites

Bonnington Walk

The new housing development will provide around 188 dwellings, with 30% affordable housing provision. The development will feature a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed houses in short terraces and 1 & 2 bed apartments within low rise apartment blocks.

Former Brunel Ford dealership, Muller Road

The new housing development will provide 32 affordable dwellings and will feature a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bed houses and 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments.

Branwhite Close

The new housing development will provide 47 affordable dwellings and will feature a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed houses as well as 1 and 2 bed apartments.

The closing date for comments is 23 February.
