Come to our monthly support session if you are rough sleeping or at risk of homelessness, with no booking necessary to attend.
Speak to our experts to get advice on:
- welfare, housing and benefits
- education, training and employment
- drug and alcohol addiction
- physical and mental health issues
What to expect
Help with identifying, making and sustaining welfare benefits claims, and detailed advice on housing and homelessness services.
Advice around claiming benefits, and other help and support available to people already claiming a Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) benefit.
Support with employability skills to help people become job-ready, to get a job and to stay in work.
Providing independent advice around housing options, including rights under homelessness legislation, accessing supported housing or the private sector, challenging decisions and assessing rights to benefits.
Join a session
Sessions are on the first Wednesday of every month, 1pm to 4pm at The Salvation Army Citadel, 6 Ashley Road BS6 5RW.
The first session is Wednesday 6 May.
