  • develop budgeting skills
  • access services
  • find training, education, employment and leisure opportunities

Who is vulnerable

A vulnerable adult could be someone:

  • with learning difficulties
  • with a physical or sensory impairment
  • with drug or alcohol issues
  • who has suffered domestic abuse
  • who is sleeping rough or is homeless
  • who is a refugee
  • who is elderly
  • who is an ex-offender
  • with HIV/Aids
  • with mental health issues
