You can use this form to tell us about a repair and we'll contact you if we need any more information. Make sure you complete it accurately so we can order your work without further need to ring or email you.
You'll need to complete a form for each new repair or enquiry.
You can only report an emergency repair by calling 0117 922 2200. An emergency repair is any problem that could be a security risk or cause harm to you, another person or to your property.
You must tell us if anyone in your household develops symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) after we’ve booked your repair.
We’ll contact you on the day of your repair to check whether anyone in your household has symptoms of coronavirus.
If anyone in your household has symptoms, we’ll rearrange the repair for another day.
We’ll carry out a risk assessment when we arrive at your property to make sure:
- it's safe to go into your property
- we can keep you and our staff safe while doing the repair
