Facilities and accessibility

Please contact us should you require further information on the facilities listed below and we will do all we can to help.

Accommodation

There is an impressive variety of accommodation ranging from guesthouses to hotels - all within easy walking distance and catering for all tastes and budgets. If you are visiting Bristol, check the Visit Bristol website.

Car parking

There are extensive car parking facilities. We also have three disabled parking spaces near the building. These are on a first come first served basis.

Office services

Unfortunately as we do not have staff positioned on site we are unable to offer any office services.  There is no public telephone on the premises.

Audio-visual equipment

We have a projector screen, three flipcharts, laptop, data projector and television available for hire. Separate arrangements would need to be made for more sophisticated audio-visual and PA requirements through an external provider.

Internet

There is no Internet connection available.

Accessibility

The Pavilion meeting room is situated on the first floor of the building. There is a lift available to use for those with access needs and an adapted toilet on the first floor. An induction-hearing loop is available in the meeting room. There are three disabled parking spaces available near the building on a first come, first served basis.

In the event of fire there is an evacuation chair in place to assist. If you are aware you will have disabled attendees at your meeting, please ensure you are familiar with its use. You can contact the office if you would like a demonstration.

Weddings

Set in a stunning harbourside location, this modern wedding venue offers the ultimate contemporary dining and drinking experience with a relaxed ambience.

The capacity for banquet style is 70, however this is slightly more if you would like a more informal reception style gathering.

Catering

There is a small kitchenette on site offering basic appliances such as a fridge, kettle, sink. Clients are requested to make their own catering arrangements but may need to liaise with the Conference Office regarding details such as delivery times. We are also able to supply details of caterers who frequently work at the Pavilion.
