You need to upload a copy of the page of the Vehicle Registration Certificate (V5C) that shows the registered keeper's name and vehicle registration for each vehicle that you need a permit for.
If you're not the registered keeper of the vehicle then you'll only be able to get a permit if you're personally leasing a vehicle or it's a company owned car.
If the vehicle is leased you can upload a copy of the lease agreement instead of the V5C.
If it's a company car you need to upload the V5C or lease showing that the car is registered to the company and a letter on headed paper confirming you are the user.
If it's a new vehicle and you don't yet have your V5C then you can send us the new keeper slip, you may be able to get four weeks temporary cover. Complete this form, upload a copy of your new keeper slip and then call 0117 922 2600. You need to wait five working days before calling.
