Building Regulation 16 requires all builders to give the Local Authority notice of stages of work, by either:
The minimum period of notice from day of receipt is normally 1 clear day: the Regulation defines 'day' as any period of 24 hours commencing at midnight. (No account shall be taken of a Saturday, Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday, Bank Holiday or day appointment for Public Thanksgiving or Mourning).
Building Regulation 16 requires all builders to give us notice of commencement, completion and of any other stages that have been required inspections as agreed with the Building Control Team dependent on your project.
