The application for Outline Planning Permission was registered as valid on 27 April 2022 for the following development:

Application for Outline Planning Permission with some matters reserved - Development of up to 260 new residential dwellings (Class C3 use) together with pedestrian, cycle and vehicular access, cycle and car parking, public open space and associated infrastructure. An Inspector has been appointed by the Secretary of State and the appeal will be heard by way of a Public Inquiry.

The Inquiry will be held in-person, opening at 10am on Tuesday 31 January 2023 at the council offices, City Hall.
