Infrastructure Funding Statement

Find out about how much CIL and Section 106 money has been collected and spent.

We must produce an annual Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS) starting with the year from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020. 

The IFS is made up of three reports:

We also have information about Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Section 106 monies from previous years.

CIL annual reports

These CIL annual reports include information on Allocation of CIL monies, CIL Income and expenditure. 

Section 106 annual reports

These 106 annual reports include Schemes funded, the amount, and the development from which the funding was secured.
