Brozen has the ‘smoothest ice cream and sorbets in the world’, produced fresh using seasonal, organic and locally sourced ingredients.
Each ice cream is spectacularly frozen to order using liquid nitrogen.
Founded by twin brothers, Brozen was created with the ambition to fuse the best gelato techniques and modern science.
Their first shop opened in St Nicholas Market in 2016.
Brozen is run by Ben and Joe Edgerley.
