By working together, we ensure Bristol's council housing remains safe, well managed and responsive to the needs of our residents. Housing Management and Estates plays a central role in supporting tenants and keeping communities safe, secure and well maintained.
Our teams work directly in neighbourhoods across the city, managing tenancies, tackling anti social behaviour, resolving estate issues and helping residents through the moments in life when they need support most.
Whether it's welcoming someone into a new home, responding to complex situations, or improving shared spaces, every part of the service works together to make sure Bristol's housing provides a strong foundation for people's lives.
