Society of Wood Engravers - 71st annual exhibition
Open until Sunday 14 December at Bristol's City Museum & Art Gallery.

This popular touring exhibition brings together some of the best engravers from around the world. Wood engraving is a very time consuming and intricate art and the prints on display will highlight some of the world’s best wood engravings, woodcuts and linocuts. There are over 100 works on display and they include a variety of techniques and subject matter, including stunning landscapes, self-portraits and abstracts. Visitors will have the opportunity to buy examples of this exciting and affordable art form which can be supplied in time for Christmas.
