Your rubbish collection
We will collect either:
- one black rubbish bin or
- four rubbish sacks (only if you do not have a bin)
Please note: We will not empty any extra rubbish bins or take extra rubbish sacks.
Please put your rubbish bin at the edge of your property and clearly visible from the road on your collection day by 7am. If you are unsure when your collection day is, you can find out today using our collection day finder.

Having trouble putting your black wheelie bin out for collection? If you have trouble wheeling your bin to the front of your property due to disability or infirmity you can apply today for our assisted collection serviceOrdering a replacement rubbish bin
If your bin has been damaged or lost by the collection crew you will receive a free replacement bin. This will be confirmed by a card posted through your door and your bin will be replaced within 10 days.When requests for replacement bins are considered to be higher than we would normally expect, a charge for a replacement bin may be made.
Depending on the reason for your request you may be charged up to £20 for a replacement black wheelie bin.

If you have a large family and you are struggling to cope with a standard black rubbish bin, please contact our Customer Services Centre on 0117 922 2100 to see if you qualify.Missed collection
If your bin has been missed, please contact our Customer Services Centre on 0117 922 2100.
We aim to return within 2 working days of your call.
Please note:We cannot guarantee the time of your collection, so please wait until after 5pm on your collection day to report your black wheelie bin as missed. The Customer Services Centre is open until eight o'clock in the evening.
