With a diverse and growing population, Bristol is regularly voted one of the best places to live in the UK. We need to deliver more homes to tackle the crisis of housing affordability and supply that the city faces. 

Our Affordable Housing Delivery Plan

We are currently undertaking our biggest affordable housing delivery drive for decades. We are delivering the Affordable Housing Delivery Plan 2022-25  which is targeted to deliver over 3,000 new council homes over the next 5 years. 

This is in addition to the affordable homes being delivered through our Registered Provider Partners and own housing development company, Goram Homes.

To support this expanded development pipeline, we have a range of new opportunities for talented individuals to join our growing team and help deliver the council homes needed to make Bristol a better place.
