You can tell us about:

  • graffiti in a car park
  • damage to a car park surface or structure, for example potholes or damaged railings
  • lighting issues in a car park
  • problems with a Pay and Display machine
  • sign or car park marking problems, for example faded markings between parking bays
  • problems with bins in a car park, for example an overflowing or damaged bin
  • car park accessibility issues, for example an out-of-order lift or missing stairwell railings

How to report a problem in a car park

If the problem is likely to cause an accident or injury, call:

  • 0117 922 2100, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
  • 0117 922 2050, all other times

Otherwise, report a problem on our map:

  • pick the location of the problem: use a postcode, street name, or let your device find your location
  • car parks or Pay and Display machines will appear on the map
  • select the car park or Pay and Display machine you want to report a problem in
