The Planned Maintenance service look after all the safety testing, maintenance, improvement and replacement projects and programmes, to ensure homes are warm, safe and secure.

This includes:

  • installing new kitchens, central heating, windows, roofs and electrical wiring
  • repairing and painting, or cladding the outside of your home or block
  • repairing, painting and improving communal areas including upgrades to lifts, laundries, wiring, door entry systems and fire safety improvements

Work areas in our service include:

  • external Maintenance, including roofs and windows
  • fire Safety
  • kitchen and Rewires
  • major Refurbishment Projects
  • communal and Domestic Heating and Gas Servicing
  • domestic Electric Testing and repairs
  • mechanical and Electrical services to blocks
  • conversions, and specialist refurbishment works
  • environmental improvements to blocks and estates

Roles are varied and range from the management of projects, programmes and contractors, liaising with residents, project management, surveying and engineering roles, construction safety, technical support, and strategy and planning roles.
