Half day hire is charged at 3 hours for up to 4 and a half hours.
Full day hire is charged at 5 hours for up to 7 hours.
The rooms are available to hire:

- Tuesday, 9am to 4.45pm
- Wednesday, 9am to 6.45pm
- Thursday, 9am to 4.45pm
- Friday, 9am to 4.45pm
- Saturday, 10am to 4.45pm

The building is accessible to disabled people, and accessible toilets are available.
Room J1 has hearing induction loops.
