Supported Move-On (DHI)
Medium and Low support
Service type: Supported Housing (shared or self contained)
This service provides dispersed, self-contained homes for people who have experienced rough sleeping or are at risk of rough sleeping. It's designed for individuals with low to medium support needs who can manage their own tenancy safely and independently.
Residents typically stay for up to 2 years before moving into settled housing, usually within the private rented sector. Minimal support is provided once a week or every 2 weeks.
It provides a stepping stone for those who are nearly ready for independent living but would benefit from some additional support before moving on.
