Coronavirus (COVID-19): Weddings and civil ceremonies cannot take place between 5 January and 13 February 2021. This is because of government coronavirus restrictions.
The Old Council House is the perfect choice for your special day and we have four rooms suitable for weddings and civil ceremonies.
The rooms are also available for renewal of vows ceremonies.

Ceremony prices start at only £57.
All registration services are provided from Bristol Register Office.
Room capacities
Because of coronavirus (COVID-19) we're reducing the number of guests allowed in the rooms during the ceremony.
- The Statutory Room: up to 4 people plus the couple
- The Mayoral Room: up to 8 people plus the couple
- The Lantern Room: up to 13 people plus the couple
- The Grand Council Chamber: up to 13 people plus the couple
