metrobus iPoint Survey
iPoints are the distinct totems found at most metrobus stops in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. They help passengers to access many different kinds of services, such as ticket purchasing, live arrival times and journey planning.
Since they were first installed, there have been big changes in the ways which passengers can now access these services.
This survey is for all metrobus passengers, whether you often use the iPoints or not.
The current iPoint contract expires in 2026. The survey responses will help to inform the procurement of a new contract.
The survey is divided into seven sections:
- Frequency of use
- Ticket purchasing
- Real-time information
- Journey planning
- Emergency assistance
- Purpose and reputation
- About you
Towards the end of the survey, there is also an open text question where you can provide further comments about the functions of iPoints.
