We can’t take applications over the phone.
Standard service
Our standard service costs £11 . Ordered certificates will be issued within 15 working days and sent by second class post.
Priority service
This service is for historic applications only. We do not offer this service on registrations carried out within the last month.
Our priority service costs £35. Ordered certificates will be issued within 24 hours and sent by first class post. When you get your certificates will depend on the postal service in your area.

Post the form to: Bristol Register Office, The Old Council House, Corn Street, Bristol, BS1 1JG.
Include your payment (if paying by cheque) and a stamped addressed envelope for the certificate to be posted back to you.

Register Office opening hours
- Monday: 9am to 4pm
- Tuesday: 9am to 4pm
- Wednesday: 10am to 4pm
- Thursday: 9am to 4pm
- Friday: 9am to 4pm
