"I'm Liam, your Family Hub Navigator based in South Bristol, I'm usually based in the Hartcliffe Children's Centre.
I worked in Hong Kong running counselling sessions for families and doing advocacy work for carers and divorced women.
I am excited to continue my journey with the Family Hub and with families and agencies across South Bristol.
I believe together we can achieve and contribute to the well-being and development of the whole family and children."

Liam is at different centres on different days. Call him to make an appointment or find out which centre he wil be at when you want to drop in. He has drop in sessions at these centres:

- Hartcliffe and Withywood Community Partnership (HWCP), Symes Community Building, Peterson Avenue, Hartcliffe, Bristol. BS13 OBE
- Hartcliffe Family Hub, Hartcliffe Nursery and Children's Centre, Hareclive Road, Bristol. BS13 OJW
