Procurement forward plan
Our pdf Procurement forward plan(84 KB) is a look at our anticipated procurement activity over a given period.
This version gives a steer on activity from October 2025 until the end of 2027.
What the forward plan covers
It covers procurement activity where the whole life value of the contract is estimated to be £2m and over.
It's our intention to publish a wider version, which will cover all spend over:
- Goods and Services threshold of £214,904
- Works over £500,000
- People's contracts over £500,000: Adults, Children's, Education, and Public Health
This will be published by the end of November 2025.

Circumstances may change and we cannot guarantee that the requirements, contract value, or timeline will be as stated.
There may also be further outsourcing activity that takes place that we are not currently aware of and which may not appear in this commercial pipeline.
We will refresh our published commercial pipeline periodically and we will continue to publish details of all of our opportunities valued above £25,000 on ProContract.
